Very quiet at the end of a dead end street but close enough to use the public transport. Some of the decor is a little bit dated but clean

What was the highlight of LK Royal Wing

Very Good

This hotel is in central Pattaya but down a cul de sac away from most of the traffic, noise, and pollution yet not far from the beach and all the frantic nightlife. It has a large roof top swimming pool which is an asset if you like excercise swimming. It does not have a restaurant but they abound nearby. The rooms have a kettle with tea & coffee and also a micro wave.

The WiFi involves re-inputting user name and password each time you use it. A rather tedious process.

A nice and comfortable stay. happy with the location - soi buakhao.

The cleanliness was good. Housekeeping did a good job. Staff was cooperative as well. Hotel had nearby access to 7 eleven and currency exchange (had good rates). The swimming pool was really clean and well maintained. Sheets, towels etc were clean and good to use. Overall it was quite a comfortable stay in a good location that had easy access from other places. Getting around was easy in the tuk-tuks.

There was a bad odor that came from the toilet, Maybe it was the cleaner that they used or i think it was an issue with the plumbing. Also, the lobby was almost like in the open and was not in an enclosed area so there isn't an actual door when entering it -- this did not affect our stay at all, it's just that it did not really look like what is in the pictures.

The hotel is very old and run down could do with a revamp had to keep bathroom door closed from the smell of the drains

LK hotels always give good sized bedrooms fitted out well.

LK hotels always give good sized bedrooms fitted out well. Receptionist were always helpful. Room cleaning staff always did an excellent job. Rooftop pool is nice size and always clean, They also maintain the water treatment.

The bed was showing signs of wear and tear, They will need replacing soon. Elevator was slow. Carparking under the hotel was a squeeze.

Fantastic hotel for the price.

Fantastic hotel for the price. Rooms were cleaned daily and couldn’t fault the staff. Nice pool on the rooftop . Thank you lk royal wing for a relaxing stay .

The shower mixer tap was hard to get right. Could do with this looking at.

Overall it was very good

Staff were excellent and helpful, place was kept very clean

I didn't like the showers as the system need up graded, the showers were either scalding hot or very cold, they had to constantly be adjusted during shower time, would be very dangerous for younger children

Good hotel but let down by miserable lobby staff

The hotel is in a good location the room was very clean and quite roof top swimming pool is good

They have new lobby staff working that are very miserable and the night security man/potter is disgusting we were going to have to call the police on one occasion due to his verbal abuse,I think he was drunk
